Balfour Beatty Complete Cumbrae Challenge

Congratulations to Balfour Beatty Engineering Services who have raised a staggering £12,500 for Yorkhill Children’s Foundation through their Cumbrae Challenge!

A team consisting of more than eighty colleagues and their families completed the 11-mile journey around the Isle of Cumbrae on 23 May 2010 by walking, running or cycling.  Business Development Manager Bob James said of the day:

‘A fabulous day was had by all; everyone got into the team spirit and helped each other along, and the sun shone all day long.’
